What is the difference between Audit and Data credits?

Audit credits check whether an email address is safe to send to (1 per address). Data credits unlock company details (3 per company) and verified work emails (1 each, only when we verify one).

What do I see before I reveal a company?

Industry, state, size, fit and the reasons behind it. Revealing adds the name, website, description, sources, contact channels and the roles to contact.

Who decides if a reply counts as positive?

Replies are sorted automatically, and every charge links to the email it is based on. If a reply was judged wrongly, correct it within 7 days and that charge is returned.

Can I start a paid plan today?

Not yet. Paid plans, the trial pack and outreach balance open soon. Everything on the free plan works today, and nothing you set up is lost when you upgrade.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Unused credits do not roll over.
