Using Secwyn

• Secwyn helps businesses find companies that may buy what they sell, reach them by email from the business's own mailbox, and check email addresses before sending.
• You may use Secwyn only for lawful business purposes, if you are at least 18 and able to accept these Terms for yourself or the business you represent.
• Keep your sign-in details and your mailbox app password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Secwyn is in early access. Features, limits and data sources may change as we improve the product; we will tell you about changes that materially affect what you pay for.

Outreach you send

• Emails sent through Secwyn are sent from your own mailbox and on your behalf; you are the sender.
• You are responsible for complying with the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM: accurate sender identity, a valid postal address, and honouring unsubscribe requests.
• Secwyn adds your footer, postal address and an unsubscribe link to every email, and stops sending to anyone who unsubscribes, bounces or complains. Do not remove or work around these protections.
• We may slow down, pause or stop sending from an account or mailbox when bounce or complaint rates rise, when a mailbox provider asks us to, or when we believe outreach breaks these Terms or the law.

Contacts and lists you add

• You may add or import only contacts you have a lawful basis to email, such as existing or past customers, people who asked to hear from you, or work contacts you researched from public sources.
• Do not import bought, rented or scraped lists of personal email addresses.
• You keep ownership of your lists. You give us the rights needed to process them to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-written emails and replies

• When you turn on AI writing, you review sample emails and approve the writing style before any AI-written email is sent. After that, emails and replies are written and sent automatically within your settings.
• AI can make mistakes. You remain responsible for the emails sent from your mailbox, and you can turn AI writing off, take over any conversation, or stop a campaign at any time.
• Secwyn never lets AI negotiate prices, offer discounts, agree to contracts or make promises on your behalf; such replies are left for you.

Company information

• Company information comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Items we could not confirm are marked as not confirmed.
• Use company information only for business-to-business sales and marketing. Do not use it to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, housing or similar purposes, and do not resell or republish it.

Credits, plans and charges

• New accounts receive one-time welcome credits (they do not renew) that are valid for 365 days.
• Audit credits pay for address checks. Data credits pay for company reveals, verified work emails and keep-in-touch emails, as shown on the Pricing page.
• Credits included in a plan refresh each service month and do not roll over. Data packs are valid for 90 days. A trial pack, when offered, can be bought once per account.
• Outreach is charged from your outreach balance per milestone and per contact, as shown on the Pricing page (for example a new contact reached and a positive reply). The same milestone is never charged twice for the same contact.
• Outreach balance top-ups start at $500 and are limited to $5,000 per payment.
• The trial pack includes outreach credit that is valid for 30 days and pays only for outreach charges. It is used before your own balance, is not cash, cannot be refunded or transferred, and expires unused at the end of the 30 days.
• Some milestones, such as a positive reply, may be judged automatically by AI. Every such charge links to the email it is based on. If you think a judgement is wrong, correct it within 7 days of the reply and the charge for that reply is returned.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred. Paid plans renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unused credits are not refundable except where the law requires. For unused outreach balance or a charge you believe is wrong, contact support.

Email checks

• Email check results are signals and recommendations. They do not guarantee that an email will be delivered or that an address belongs to a particular person.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Secwyn for spam, phishing, harassment, illegal activity, or anything that harms recipients, mailbox providers or payment networks.
• Do not resell or white-label Secwyn, bypass limits, probe or overload the service, or try to extract its data or logic in bulk.
• Do not submit data you are not allowed to process or that breaks privacy, anti-spam, export-control or sanctions laws.

Suspension and ending

• You can stop using Secwyn and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, creates risk for recipients, other customers or the service, fails to pay, or files abusive disputes.
• After an account ends, we keep only the records we need for billing, tax, security, disputes and the law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

• To the extent the law allows, Secwyn is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee replies, meetings, sales, revenue, deliverability or uninterrupted service.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption or other indirect or consequential damages.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Secwyn in the three months before the event that led to the claim, or USD 100 if you only used free features.
• You are responsible for claims that arise from the emails you send and the data you add, and you will cover our reasonable costs if such a claim is brought against us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Secwyn changes. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell you by email about changes that materially affect paid plans. Using Secwyn after an update means you accept it.
